Here's How

WE are fat and lazy. There, I said it. It's true, and you know it.

The statistics say that nearly 75% of the adult population is overweight or obese, but you don't need statistics to tell you that. Look around. Look down. One- hundred percent of YOU is struggling with weight and health issues.

That's all that really matters.

That's all you need to know.

What's worse than this fact is that our kids are fat. Sure, times have changed, it's not like it used to be. It has become a dangerous world, and the days of un-chaperoned, all day, outdoor play have gone to the wayside.

That's the sad reality.

But an even sadder reality is that we are raising under-motivated, technology spoiled, and lazy kids. In addition, they are mentally and physically soft. We bail them out of every hardship, medicate their lack of discipline and provide therapy when harsh treatment or cross words are encountered. Fat, lazy and unprepared to deal with the challenges that normal life provides, we have done a great job in developing miniature replicas of ourselves. They have learned by example, our example, an undeniably poor one.

Can we fix it? No, we can't, or rather, we won't

The truth of the matter is that we will continue to see people struggle with their weight, we will continue to see our kids get fat and we will continue to see people we love die from obesity related illness. That is our future.

Why? Because we are fat, lazy, soft and unwilling to do the things necessary to change it, even though we know that we should eat more nutritiously and we should exercise more often.

WE are in trouble. WE are finished. WE have failed. But that has nothing to do with YOU.

YOU still have a chance. YOU can save yourself. YOU can change your life. And from this point on, my focus will be only on helping YOU, not anyone else.

The information that I post on this website is free. It isn't mine to sell. I didn't invent the concept of proper health and fitness; I stole it from those that came before me.

I am going to teach you how to do it on your own, for free, the same way I was taught. I won't try to bore you with science or impress you with how many big words I know. I am going to lay it out in a basic format that is both easy to understand and effective.

Take the advice if you want, use the information if you choose. By the same token, don't waste my time or yours if you're not going to take ACTION.
