Egg White OatmealHere's a nice little idea for breakfast. I eat it all of the time. I believe Houston-based nutritionist Keith Klein was the first to develop this recipe. It's healthy, low-fat and only takes 5 minutes. You can even make it the night before and nuke it in the microwave for a quick, ready-to-go breakfast. You will need: Egg Whites (Up to you how many. I use 6) ½ cup raw oatmeal (traditional)
DIRECTIONS 1. Remove yolks from eggs. 2. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. 3. Once boiling, stir in ½ cup oatmeal and egg whites. 4. Turn heat down to medium and cook for 5 minutes. Stir often. 5. Remove from pan and flavor with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
